The project involves the construction of a multi-use office block for the World Scout Bureau Africa Support Centre. The office will be built at Rowallan National Scout Camp in Nairobi where the Government of the Republic of Kenya and Kenya Scouts Association have graciously allocated 2 acres of land to the Bureau. Once completed, the office block will contribute to the financial sustainability of the region as part of it will be leased out as offices and other income earned from the hiring out of training facilities and guest house accommodation.
