The AfricaScout Foundation -ASF- (the “Foundation”, “we”, “us” and “our”) undertakes to protect the privacy of any users who access the website https://www.africascoutfoundation.org (the “Website”). The contents of the Website are owned, operated, licensed or controlled by the Foundation.

The Foundation will only have access to personal data which have been voluntarily supplied by users through the forms provided, or by contacting the Foundation by e-mail or through any other means provided on the Website. 3. Data controller

According to current regulations, the user is informed that the personal data collected through this Website will become part of a file owned by the Africa Scout Foundation, an international non-profit organization registered under the Kenya Societies Act, Certificate no. 19668 of 11th February 2000, and based at Rowallan National Scout Camp in Nairobi, Kenya.

This Website is not intended for children under the age of 18. The Foundation does not target its services or this Website to children under 18 and the Foundation does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18.
